Four o’clock in the afternoon · The Paradise Banquet Hall, Vaughan
Our Story
Parsa and I met in the fall of 2021 in Waterloo.
Our first date was in a lecture hall on the fourth floor of the Mathematics and Computing building. We wanted to see The Rocky Horror Picture Show at the Princess, but every ticket was sold out — so we dressed up anyway and watched it together where we were.
We have been inseparable ever since. Six years later we would love you with us in Vaughan, for a Kurdish-Canadian evening of dinner, dancing and far too many photographs.
The Day
Dress code
Formal. Long dresses, suits and traditional Kurdish dress are all very welcome. The ceremony and reception are both indoors, and there will be dancing — comfortable shoes are wiser than they look.
Please leave white and cream to Georgia.

Gift list
Claiming a gift simply lets everyone else know it is taken.
In lieu of gifts
A donation in our name to a cause close to our families means a great deal to us. We have chosen two: one supporting Kurdish families resettling in Canada, and one local food bank in the region.
